Aye same as last season AEK where the team to avoid we where the first two teams out the mother * hat! You think celtic our first you have a 1 out of 6 chance of pulling them out BANG we do it!!!! The final playoff game against Mol-Vidi was easier!

I remember watching the AEK vs Mol game on BT and Johnathan Pearce said “Celtic fans must be incensed right now watching these teams play they are so poor”

“Celtic would have strolled past Mol and should have past Athens”

As long as we avoid PAOK I'll be happy enough. Assuming we actually sign a * right back before then.

We must get to the playoff!

If you get there and get put out you still get £4m plus access to the EL group stage so still potentially £12m plus but the UCL £30m is the big number!

We should be able to beat PAOK if we draw them. I do think we will get to the playoffs.
We should win this next round, a team halfway through the season sitting 4th. You can say the teams get tougher when you get further in but Dundalk and the new saints are in it and they suck balls.
    Shocked Astana are out

It's actaully closer to 40m (and was the same last season)... something to do with the TV money. We get lumped in with the English sides when it comes to TV money distribution for group stage.

    Astana away record is terrible.

Minute I seen Cluj vs Astana then winner vs Maccabi was delighted!

Red Star and PAOK are the ones to avoid.

Don’t really think it’s right where they do the draw in advance of the completion of the previous round. I get that there are time constraints but what if some of the seeded teams go out in the next round which would move PAOK up to one of the seeded teams if the draw wasn’t done so prematurely.

Wow, 2nd leg of the CL qualification against Nomme Kalju FC with a pink crest, a stadium in the woods and a capacity of 650 people. *?

Anyways, I hope the Bhoys get through this and make it to the next round.

CELTIC’S next Champions League opponents Nomme Kalju have switched their tie against the Hoops to the biggest stadium in Estonia.

Kalju’s Hiiu Stadium has a capacity of only 650, so the tie has been moved to the 14,500-capacity A Le Coq Arena in Tallinn.

Nomme Kalju presdient Kuno Tehva said: “The Kadriorg Stadium, where we played against Shkendija in the last qualifying round, has no proper lighting.

“So because of the game with Celtic we took the decision to move the tie to the A Le Coq Arena.”

The Estonians expect around 3,000 Hoops fans to travel for the July 30 clash.

Avoid Paok and Red Star next round and avoid Young Boys 100% and I fancy us to make it..

The Swiss would be a nightmare draw if we make it that far..

    Quietly confident..

Looking at the Estonians moving the tie, think it's a grass pitch now which will be a bonus..

Looks like YB have lost a few key players. Mbabu, Benito and Sow have all left this summer and all were important first choice players. They also seem to have a few injuries in defence, but no idea how long they are.

I think we'd beat them, assuming we get the right players in of course. Paok are a different story, unbeaten in their league last year and they have some really good players, would be an absolute nightmare of a draw.
