Didn’t get a proper chance but Lenny’s comments were uncharacteristically scathing so there’s something gone on behind the scenes IMO.

Will never forget the time he came on against Leipzig & looked out his nut on acid. What a laugh.

    RIP big man x

Tp be fair he looked a decent signing at the time last summer. But clearly it has not worked out and it is best for him to move on. Whether he was leaking information or not you do get the sense that there was something off the field issue wise that was key to his departure.

Another one of BR's tactically astute decisions.

Left Kilmarnock on a free on 1st of June, we sign him on a free on the 31st of August.

I think Rodgers was most likely always going to go when the first half-decent Premier League club came asking, but he was right to be * off with the board imo.

I really don't think he was ever signed as an instead of signing if that is what you meant. Clearly the move did not work out but it did on paper look like a decent squad signing at the time given the impact he had made on the league at Kilmarnock and it was a free transfer as he was out of contract.

He'd been out of contract for three full months by the time we signed him, I reckon he was an absolute last-resort, "sign any free * to shut the fans up" signing.

O there is no question that was a transfer window we * up in grand style but given he was free and had made such a big impact on the league for Kilmarnock that signing at the time looked at least ok. Obviously it turned out not to be the case.

The manager wanted a centre mid, never got his man and this was the alternative.

Guy started two games for Celtic and one of them was against the best team we played this season away. It is on par with Ralston against PSG, O'Connell on a sub against Barcelona when the game was actualy a * lot to nil, or believing DDV is a goalkeepr
