I will assume you mean three there bro, but I’d imagine Lenny wants a more out and out front two with the likes of griff partnering Eddy

It's called an optional lineup for a reason..

Unless we run Forrest in to the ground again next season as well..

Aye you're right mate forgot Benkovic on loan again :50:

McGregor as the 6 and Turnbull at the tip. Couple of attacking fast full backs. Edouard with help up top and someone to link with..

That's a good side for me on paper..

could rogic be more the casualty in the squad then ntcham for the reason of moving to a more narrow formation with two up top

Rogic is one of my favourite players, and in a diamond shape in midfield in champions league group games I’d consider play him as one of the front two just off our main striker. He has that touch of world class to create something out of nothing.

I didn't read the last line, I was already hitting the reply button by then :47:

I should have been more optimistic now I've noticed you're playing Benkovic, is he staying?

Edit, * just noticed Benkovic away on loan to someone else.

I'm loving the idea of Eddy having a big man up top to link up with, that would be so potent giving us so many options.

I don't disagree, I'm sure we all hope he gets back to his best. Just doesn't strike me as a player that wants to be here. Much like Van Dijk except he never let his performances slide the same way Ntcham has.

I'm sure Virgil was quite open about his feelings and we mutually agreed if he stayed one more season he could definitely go which I thought was excellent professionalism and respect from the big man as he could have spat the dummy.

Not saying that's what Oli is doing, just doesn't feel like he's totally sure himself. Hopefully it's all a misreading of his intent and he's just feeling frustrated at the lack of consistency. Maybe he just needs faith, like if he's given a definitive role like belfastcelt suggested.

If we are punting Ntcham we have to wait until after the Under 21 Euros because if he has a decent tourny his value will rocket.

For me, he was our best player in the CL qualifiers (maybe other than mcgregor) and then he had a strong game vs rangers at CP. His head seemed to go down after the Porto rumours and Dembele left.

He has proven he is good enough. Consistency and motivation are issues.

Would happily take 15m for him.

Save for the first couple of games in the CL qualifiers, where he was excellent tbf, he's been in a bit of a huff since Dembele left.

Was excellent against Huns at Parkhead in September tbf, but that's the last game I can remember him actually playing well.

If he doesn't want to be here, we're better off without.

Wow, we've always wanted us to ask for a fair price but £15m after Oli's current form? If that is true, well played Board because it's almost like saying gtf we might be a selling club but we've proven we know a good player.

£15 million? Should there be a dot in there somewhere? If Lawwell gets that for him then he deserves his salary.

Hopefully he’ll smash it at the u21 euros and we’ll get the £15m no bother.

It would be great money to get but only if we actually invest some of it in the squad.

Quite * right asing for that price. He is exceptionally talented and more so than that, he is physically built for the modern game.

To be honest I'd rather keep him, he's a class player and knowing lawwells history we won't see the 15m so I'd rather see ntcham playing for us than line that * lawwells pockets!
