    He came in and at least bust a gut. I would give him a wee run in the team to see what he can do. Better to persevere with a young player who might come on and will give his all than with someone who consistently underperforms

    Got to be careful how you handle him tho, if it doesn’t happen for him and too much pressure is put on him his confidence may not recover..
