Like I said, how so? I’ve went through point by point why I think that’s patently untrue. Saying, ‘he isnt’ and just that does nothing to back up your point.

I’ll say he wasn’t the only one to blame definitely but a Celtic keeper should have been saving that.

Well what was he supposed to do? People are just clutching at straws because they've already made up their mind that they don't like him.

Read what I’ve wrote up until now and you’ll see what he was supposed to do. He was supposed to sort his positioning and gaurd his goal. You’re reply to all my point by point breakdown of what he done wrong is that I ‘dont like him’?

I think I’m quite fair with my opinions tbh. I don’t mind him, I just think we need better.

I actively * love Lustig and know we need better there as well. Criticism isn’t down to me not liking a player or not, it’s when they’ve done something wrong.

As others have already said, if he moves a yard across that leaves a massive gap at the near post for the attacker to score. Their player puts it in the only place possible to score. I can't believe people are blaming the goalie for that.

I didn’t say to move a yard though, slightly further over and slightly further forward he covers both. If he needs to be standing right at the near post to save a shot at the near post then I would say that’s also a pretty poor keeper. He needs to be covering both posts and closing those angles down.

I think people that are sticking up for him are just used to having an underpar keeper. Forster and Boruc would have got slaughtered for not saving that and rightly so.

His bodyweights leaning towards the near post as well, see even just slightly adjusting so it wasn’t, would have allowed him to get it. His own issues with near post shots is why that was a goal last night. Overcompensating.

    Too far mate.

Mark Brown might have. He was the best shot stopper in the league last season....

I never knew you were so well versed in the nuances of goalkeeping. It's a well struck shot and it's perfectly placed. Those kind of shots hit the back of the net more often than not.

You learn something new everyday mate, I am. No they don’t mate, they really don’t. Which is why they’re noticeable when they do go in.

So you think Craig Gordon done everything right?

I'm not saying he did everything perfectly, i just don't see how people can look at that and think the keeper was to blame. I don't think i've heard any pundit, commentator or any other fan say that Gordon was at fault for that other than a few on this internet forum.

They said it on BT Sport as soon as it was replayed, funny enough. He’s been let off the hook more than usual because Gamboa was far, far worse.

What does he know about the nuances of goalkeeping except his 700 odd games?
