  1. One of the first names on the team sheet.

Covers every blade of grass and is clinical when given an opportunity.

His ability to win the ball back has genuinely surprised me, never knew he had that in his locker until this run.

  2. Hats off to him, he’s proving a lot of us wrong. Energy, tenacity, goals, assists - just doing everything immensely at the minute.

I honestly think he’s a better player than Armstrong. Got everything Stu had and more imo.

  3. The way he won that penalty was different class..

Top top player and his finish was exquisite..

If only we had a few more of him out there with his running and desire we'd be sitting top right now..

And if only he took the penalty...

  4. I was sure he’d take the pen after the way he put his last one away.

Griff should have been nowhere near it, he’s * at pens.

  5. Good shout :50:

Griff is pretty weak with penalties. I'm sure he's missed quite a few for us. Never feel confident with him on them, as well as 1 on 1's..

Mental considering how much he must practice them and the way he bends in freekick. That was another pen of his that wasn't really in the corner and a nice height..

  6. Low and hard into the corner, penalties are that simple unless you are good enough to watch the keeper on the run up and see which way he’s going.

Griff is probably better to just put his head down and hit the ball as hard as he can.

  10. RC: "It's nice to get these awards after putting in the work but it's a team effort and we've been fantastic."

RC: "Getting a run of games here has been crucial to my development. I certainly feel at home here."

RC on waiting for his chance: "Obviously it can be can difficult with such a big squad full of quality players, but I just kept my head down and worked hard to get my chance.

RC on his form: "The manager wants goals from midfield in his team. I'm enjoying my form at the moment and happy to contribute to the team in any way I can."

RC on #CELKIL: "They've been playing very well and the manager there has done a fantastic job. We'll train hard and be ready for the challenge come Saturday."

RC: "I think they'll be set up well and look to frustrate us defensively. Were used to that and will aim to have an answer for it on Saturday."
