This. I've heard him being called a "shitebag" more times than none, and it's just absolute lies.

He may be "*" the now, but he's far from being a shitebag - always offering up runs, making space for the ball, getting stuck in etc etc.

In terms of his play, aye he scored a good and vital goal v Rosenborg, but he really is below par and has been for too long. The answer to his replacement is actually playing just now - big Edouard.

No chance is the big man a central striker - drifts out wide left far too much and looks more comfortable dribbling inside from there. Get the big yin oot wide and get wee Griff on up top.

    * goals galore!

I've not been too impressed when they've played up top together. With a striker with better hold-up/link-up play that could be an option though.

Aye, I'm not suggesting they start as a 2 up top though.

Eddie is a right good player, but he's almost Samaras-esque the way he ghosts over to the left, although the difference being Samaras would gazelle down the wings, whereas Eddie likes to use his quality close ball control dragging defenders open before cutting inside. I feel he'd be a far better option out there doing his thing, with Leigh operating inside the opponents box - especially with the form that Forrest is in, and also because he seems to have found form with his delivery also which Griffiths would be ideal foil for.

But yes, said it in another thread yesterday, would love to have a proper centre forward for us too as an option.

Dembele & Eddie seemed to strike up an understanding pretty quickly and at times just knew where the other would be eg. (Dembele reverse pass at Ibrox in March) I don't get that feeling with Griffiths & Eddie, it just looks disjointed. Infact thinking about it the only striker that Griffiths has linked up well with, is Stokes.

This is how I feel about him , he is not a feartie but the * abuse dished out to him , Tierney , Mcgregor , Rogic . Forrest is disgraceful and goes largely unpunished . I know when I played football and and tried to go past a man ( wee winger I was ) more often than not I was * murdered , I just gave up on it and still have the scars on my shins to this day . When the masons in the black start doing their job we will see a better game , hopefully soon .

By the way I saw a clip of that hun red card on sunday last night , * ME !!!!!!

It's not surprising that two young black Frenchman would strike up a decent-looking partnership (albeit those reasons have no guarantee that they'll click, granted).

It's also no surprise that the partnership between Stokes and Griffiths worked so well because both of them had plenty of gametime and were able to strike up a friendship.

Like I say, I'd not be wanting a 2 up top with Leigh and Eddie, would be happy going with the 3, or 1 whatever way you look at it:

    Griffiths

    Edouard------------------------Forrrest

    Rogic

    McGregor-------------Christie

    Tierney--------------Benkovic----------The *-----------Lustig

So you think they click because they're young and they're black and their hats real low? Are you a mind reader Paddy, coz I don't know.

Aye, maybe Stokes and Griffiths bonded over their trips to the hair clinic. We just need another folically-challenged striker and Griffiths will be back banging them in.

Back to being serious though, that team would probably work going forward against lower to middle end SPFL teams but I'd have serious reservations about a team exploiting us down the left.

Edouard sometimes barely breaks into a jog when we're not in possession. Tierney would be doing absolutely doggies all day.

Dembele, Ntcham, Edouard - all young french guys, same race, roughly same age. Quite apparent that all of them became a wee group/clique, nowt wrong with that either. Relationships off the park help relationships ON the park, that much is evident.

I get what you're saying about the potential weakness down the left hand side, but to be honest it's there already. Edouard is clearly better off doing his own thing out left, Griff IS our best striker. So finding a way to fit them in together would be great considering our strikers aren't scoring THAT many goals at the moment (most of them coming from midfield & wide).

Don't rate him, far too often he's like playing with a man down, play Brown or N'tcham instead.

These posts are actually getting quite embarrassing :56::56::56::56:

If Sinky never got into that space and actually got the header on target, it would have meant that wonderful cross from Forrest amounted to * all.

So without Forrest AND Sinclair, there would have been no goal v Rosenborg.
