Not even defending his performances because I think he’s been average at best but you have to give him credit for the goal, sure Forrest did the hard part but Sinclair was in the right place at the right time - easier said than done.

I would be actively looking for a replacement for him though as I can’t see him regaining his first season form at this stage.

Frustrating as *, fans have been super patient with him, he's slipped into Brattbakk Mode.

Do you not think he deserves credit for the movement that got him into the position that he was unmarked at the back post to head it in? He was vital midweek, lets not downplay that.

    Yeah he came good midweek.

I'm going to put my tin hat on and say I was kinda relieved he missed the penalty. It was never a penalty, accidental and outside the box. Would have unjustifiably killed the game. I'm glad we won it without that

I thought it was a free kick, his arm was in a very odd position.

    Who gives a *?

We've been cheated out of many a cup final and many a league title.

I was gutted he missed it and was worried it was going to cost us the longer the game went on.

Aye but he headered the ball onto his arm. Thats never deliberate. Either way still not a pen. I hate when decisions like that help us win games tbh

Aye we have but it doesn't mean I want other teams cheated out of the same. I'm delighted we won without that controversy

Aye, justice was done but I'd still have taken the penalty.

Hey ho though, wasn't the worst penalty in all fairness was a decent save (even if the big * stole a cupla yards coming off his line) - I was more unhappy with his general all round performance. Which was poor.

Was never a freekick, nevermind penalty..

    * those sheep * * though and the wee man syndrome Hun * in the dugout as well who sends his player's out to kick * out us every time we play. If it's no breaking KT's jaw, it's 2 footing Broony's knee..

Shinnie doing Broony final game last season as well and no red that was a shocker. McKenna doing Edouard last game waist height. That * Logan..

    Girfut..

That goal count is about the same as Rogic though and he doesn’t get half the grief

I watched it again after the match, because John Hartson was basically insinuating that he did nothing and that it was all Forrest. He starts to go near post and then peels off as the defender tracks his initial run, timing it perfectly to meet the cross. Of course Forrest did the hardest bit, the moment of magic was his and also good strikers like Leigh Griffiths often do move intelligently like that; but coming from a winger, I thought his movement and timing deserved a little recognition from BBJ TBH.

He has a far greater influence on games than Sinclair, though. Rogic has had as many good games in the last 10 weeks as Sinclair has had in the the last 10 months.

Aye you could say Forrest’s cross made it impossible not to score but his movement made it impossible not to score, if a good ball was produced. Trying to take every bit of credit away from him is just trying to find sticks to beat him with, when their are plenty lying around tbh

Travels halfway around the world for every international break. Just off a world cup in Russia. Plays through injuries and injections and sometimes out for periods because of it..

Sinclair has no international commitments or plays through injuries that we're aware of..

95% of our football goes through Rogic. He isn't even the main man on his own flank, and a defender does more of the attacking, taking the responsibility more often than not for Sinclair..

Can we stop bashing scot sinclair on here ,the guy has done a lot for our club in a short time , that goal midweek gives us the chance to go through the group's,doesnt matter if its on a plate or not ,he has to be there to put it away ,also we need the best out of every player going into the winter break and this is not the way to do it .
Get behind the guy and every player who stands for us ,it may just make the difference come end of season .

I think be ruins more plays than he helps create and do not think he's worthy of any credit. After Gordon and Lustig, he's our worst starting player. We replace those 3 and we'll have a respectable CL campaign next season, I think.

his play at the moment is very frustrating because he gets the opportunities but he just doesn't seem to be flowing or "in the zone". Not sure how he gets back to his best .. maybe play with the youngsters or something. Dropping him is an obvious route but don't really see how that will help him get his mojo back

he tries and doesn't hide.. just wish he would get back in the groove and be the player we all know he is capable of being
