Should be standing out in games like those. His inconsistency is beyond a joke.

    No excuses for it.

One of those players that has it all, but lacks so much. A bizarre player, Samaras like.

Needs to be keeping it simple in Europe, looked like a rabbit in the headlights under the Leipzig press.

Guy can't pass a ball 5 yards consistently. Straight out the park on a simple 5 yard pass time and again, touch of an elephant last night, flicking balls in to no man's land, wild shooting, he was pure * yesterday and domestically is hit or miss. I had a go at him a while back and was slated but he's still infuriating. If he's going to feature week in week out for us he needs to be left further forward where his erratic style of play will not be so harmful. Guy clearly likes a pass and a shot, play him further forward where this might bare fruit as he struggles to do the basics further back.

He's young and will be inconsistent but I don't think anyone can question that his head was turned at the end of the Window and it's taking him time to get it back in the game.

He has been better in recent weeks but was poor last night.

    This better be sarcasm.

He's normally so assured and consistent domestically and at home in Europe. Might be be nerves or something like that but he's been awful in most European away games. Just seems to go to pieces.

It was like he had two games in one last night, where one he was utter * and the other he was one of the only players that could actually do anything.

His wee backheel to Eddy in the box, he put McGregor through, carried the ball up the wing a few times, big chance at the end that he should have scored.

Pretty much everything good that we did going forward came through him.

    But he was *.

He’s * more than he’s good. Just passes to nobody most of the time. Not good enough for this level.

So he’s good most of the time then? Nope didn’t think so.

Can’t live off one good game every 10 games I’m afraid. Hope we can still get s few mil for him in January.

That pretty much sums him up to a T.

He's either incredible or incredibly *.

There's no grey area in his game.

I see where you’re coming from there, it’s how you know how inexperienced he is really because when he’s on his game he looks like he’s been playing for years.

I don't think it's inexperience mate, I think he's just one of these mad casual * that just goes about his own game i.e. plays however his mood is.

Actually, really very much like that Pogba *.

I don’t know mate because when he’s playing * you can see him getting annoyed and quite rash. When he’s at his best he goes that casual way.

Van Dijk was similar for me. Cept he had few bad games.

Big Virgil was obviously that casual and relaxed because he was literally a class apart from this league and the players in it.

I'd get bored anaw if I was schooling the likes of Adam Rooney et al, * the * could have played in a pair of slippers and still spanked everycunt.
