    Stfu Sutton, Brendan has stated a million times why we haven't progressed in the summer but he's also said we're starting to get things together which is true.

    When I seen the line up for this match I knew it was more about the league cup than Europa because why waste your limited resources chasing the impossible dream. Perfect time to give the young lads a decent run out and give them some experience.

    It's been dreadful after their goal but couple positive points. Christie and Morgan look like they could be developed using Brendan's magic.

    If we get beat in the Cup I'd be far far more devastated than this result tonight. I know it's the performance but Benkovic, Broony, Tam and Forrest missing? They are the ones who make our games, along with Callum and of course the most consistent player since Broony, KT.

    And Gordon, who is a keeper I like.

    Annoyed to lose to those goals, but with Rogic, Brown, Forrest, Griffiths and Benkovic all missing i wasn't expecting much.

    The way we play makes it impossible to have a positive outlook in Europe. There is grounds for my pessimism. We play a pointless passing game that allows clever teams to set traps and comfortably defend.

    2 goals in 3 games. Both from hopeful long balls. 1 luckily was so late we didn't have time to capitulate. Unless we start going long we won't create against better sides.

    I dont give a * about the league cup , it gets you * all , nothing , schitz except extra money for playing extra games , play the kids in the league cup , it means nothing , no europe from it its only part of the trebble. I would rather progress in Europe than win the league cup

    The most disappointing thing for me is that we don't even look bothered that we're two down. Playing like we're winning while doing * all to even disrupt Leipzig.

    I think they'll actually be surprised how easy that was tonight. Imagine if Werner had played!?!

    N'tcham slows the play down so much, doesn't help that he can't string a pass together to save his life. Mcgregor has turned to absolute * aswell.
