Some of the reactions in here are ridiculous, we're playing a team far far better than us with an outstanding home record and are genuine contenders for this competition, while we're missing several key players.

I've seen plenty of embarrassing Celtic results away from home in europe and this is nowhere near close to being one of them.

 

I can't say I've disliked many Celtic players more than I do Jack Hendry.

Not really a fault of his as a person. He's just unbelievably *.

 

People go on about hendry not being celtic class mcgregor fits the bill im afraid,

The whole thing just leaves a bitter taste.

No fight, no ambition.

 

The fact that Hendry, Lustig, Mcgregor(on current form) and christie get anywhere near our team shows how weak we are at the moment, so poor.

 

Disappointing the way its went but credit to salzburg who seem to be playing with confidence and are well organised and seem to have a game plan where as we seem to be lacking confidence (despite the great start)and dont seem to have a game plan and are just reacting to whats going on around us.

Looking like its the target is 2nd in the group now.

 

Poor back, middle & front!

 

Salzburg are every bit a champions league level team, potential winners of the competition so there’s no shame in getting beat off them.

It’s frustrating the way we’ve collapsed second half, but this was always going to be a massive struggle tonight.

This team is brutal. In two years we've gone from doing rabona crosses for fun and humiliation to being humiliated. Our presssing back then was immense and now we can't press for *. And the passing...every single of our players seems to be so focused on making a simple pass that it's laughable when you see players curling over the top with the outside of their feet, backflips etc.

There's no shame in losing to Salzburg, but fans have every right to expect a better performance. Our possession game has been nonexistent and the defending has been tragic.

Saying that 3-1 is flattering would be the understatement of the century. We've been humped.
