Has to be, alternate between the two. Maybe even Mulumbu. Both need a kick up the *.

Agree that Edouard was AWOL, but he could have tried to stick with him in the hope that he done something. But he didn't. He made three subs and one of them one us the game.

He should not be passed to, by the midfielders. When he has the ball, he should boot it away from our goal.

    Griffiths saving Rodgers skin there.

The reaction at full time would’ve been hellish if he hadn’t scored that.

Thought you couldn't play for more than 2 teams in any one year, he's been the oppositions most dangerous play all season (bar 2 games). Maybe Porto move would've been best for all.

I seriously think that was as bad as any Celtic player performance I can ever recall, Du Wei-esque.

Great ball in. It showed the team could win dirty, they need to try it more. If the style Rodgers wants to play is failing he should adapt to what can be played. Griff can knock them in for fun. Rodgers has to admit Dembele is gone, don't pretend he isn't and set up Griff with Edouard and play to their strengths.

I get that this isn't the Champions League, and I'd sure like us to be there, but this sure does feel better than getting thrashed 0-5 at home.

Oh aye that pass to Messi against Utd, one of the best headers I've seen too, floating back in the air to let the ball do the work over the giant Van de Sar :56:

that result and that goal should tell brendan a lot about where we are going wrong lately

we are simply too predictable and as good as mcgreggor and rogic can be, when the opposition know exactly how you are going to play and we wont change it, we are shooting ourselves in the foot

is brendan too stuborn it looks like it

also i think eduoard likes coming in off the left wing like thierry henry used to play, he doesnt look like an orthodox center forward at all, so like others have said this formation and style doesn't suit our players

Yeah defo won this game in spite of Rodgers. Griff is a predator and shud start, always plays for the shirt unlike some!! Needed thise 3 pts big time as the 2 red bull clubs away will be a massive test. Tierney deservedly M.O.T.M!!

Sorry, but what are you on about? Leipzig passed the 200 million euro mark in revenues this year and Salzburg have made 120 milion euro from sales alone in the past two and a half seasons. They are both miles ahead where resources are concerned - that doesn't make them outright favourites, mind you, just means they're way beyond us in financial terms.

I think Griff is such a good link up player we could easily play two up front, at least try it a few games let them get to know each other.

One of Ronny's classic moments were those 20 minutes Allan and Roberts came on against Caley and we played like Barca, Griffs was brilliant linking up with them and scored a beauty right in the corner.

That was much needed because I fear Salzburg and Leipzig will do us away from home.

Expecting Leipzig to be similar quality to the Gladbach team we played a few years ago. If they are anything near that quality, then it could be a hard watch.
