I dont even think it comes down to greed imo...I honestly think they want us to fall down to the Sevco/Aberdeen/Hibs level,so there is good games rather than us winning it at a canter ever year.

Id rather it was greed because if its for what i think it is im done with Celtic due to these *

That statement could be applied to ANY football team in the world its not exclusive to Celtic.

Aye, it is a "no no" to even mention it on here for some but as long as fans keep paying their money they will keep ripping the * out the fans.

Personally i never mentioned boycott, but if people feel that way id fully understand it and respect it.

I think fans should just put a hold on spending their money on merchandise, jerseys etc till we see some real movement on transfares,i get this seems petty but we can moan all day long about lack of transfares but the board wont give a *.

In part is yes. The squad very clearly needed improvements to give a bit of fresh impetus to the squad and provide a challenge for many of the players who have taken their place for granted and become complacent. Familiarity breeds contempt as they say.

Things have gone stale and our Double Treble winning manager provided them a list of targets which should not have been unreasonable given the 10s of millions of £s in extra revenue he has brought into the club.

Had we done things early there's every chance we would have got past an average AEK team and also that mob from Moldova in the play-off. By not doing so we soured the feel-good factor and caused discontent in the squad and in the stands which undoubtedly has affected our subsequent performances.

The recruitment team and Rodgers are in part to blame for a poor January transfer window, that's already been done to death on other threads but that isn't a defence or something to hide behind for the board who have failed horrendously this summer.

Here we are sitting with 24 hours left of the transfer window with a net transfer spend of £0, out of the Champions League and on the cusp of losing our best striker with little chance of an adequate replacement (they've had 9 weeks to replace Armstrong and we're no closer)

No its not exclusive to Celtic but that dont make it ok.

Its wrong and no matter what other clubs do about it ,its not our business.
We are talking about our club and how we as fans want our club to be run and what we can do (if anything)to make that happen.

How can you basically lose you’re best CB in Boyata, your best striker in Dembele and two major contributors in Armstrong and Roberts... but not even replace one of them.

In reality there is very little we can do ,we have the choice to attend the games or dont ,buy the merchandise or dont thats about it.I really dont think were anywhere close to needing to plan any boycott as such and the window still isn't closed and theres still the Jan window.

We will most likely lose our manager over the way we have went about this transfer window. We have lost key players and looking like we will lose another without replacements. We struggled a bit last season probably due to the fact we play on so many fronts with the various cups and league competitions, strengthening wasn't even at a luxury, it was an absolute must and we didn't do it.

Given the context, it's been the worst transfer window in the club's history.

We've lost Dembele, Roberts, Armstrong and haven't replaced them.

We've got one CB (our only decent one, and he isn't even that great) who doesn't want to be here, and the others who just aren't good enough. Probably the most important area in our squad just now and we didn't even bother to bring any replacements in, and even if we do now, it's too late. It has already cost us 40m. Some business that.

We've got an aging RB who is finished. No replacement there either.

We couldn't even sign John McFucking Ginn who was right in front of our noses.

The manager will be the next to go BTW. That's how deep this runs.

The board are an absolute embarrassment and not fit for purpose.

Another opportunity to kick on from a great position (also see 2003, 2007, 2013) looks gone.

I see a whole lot of emotion and knee * reaction here but cmon FFS we are still by far the strongest squad in the SPL we will win the title again this season and we will strengthen at some point.

You're entitled to your opinion mate with it being a forum, however your opinion is wrong, this has probably been the most disappointing window iv ever seen us have.

Either you * love taking soup off Tory's, are a troll or are a hun because no Celtic fan would come out with that statement.
