That cutting inside then hits a shot off the defender man. * *. The longer it goes on the harder it is to justify his 30 grand or whatever it is a week.

It highlights the importance of adding quality and not standing still, freshening things up, there's only so many times you can keep going back to the well.

Sinclair came on while they were happy to sit in and defend and they did it well. He struggled to score just as much as any of our other players tonight and as @Officer Doofy said, he did more than Edouard and Griff. Calling him utter garbage is simply not true.

You could set your watch by it..

Sinky, there's a man there. I'll just try and pass it through him anyway..

Silly, there's 4 men there. I'll just try and curl it around the 4..

With 10 men and probably tired in their first competitive game..

His pace with the space he was offered. He should've been rubbing his hands at it. We're not expecting a goal (although it would be nice if he remembered them), but the odd bit of magic or pulling bodies away wouldn't go a miss once in a while..

Didn't say he is utter garbage..

Still don't think he did anything wrong when he came on.

He's not a defender. He's brought on to do things right and given how much time and space he was provided with, it is disappointing once again to witness such poor play from him repeatedly.

He is just one dimensional and the fact that he has been on the bench is hopefully a sign that Brendan has become bored of him, as well.

Even i can tell what he is going to do about 5 seconds before he does it, never mind a professional football player defending against him. He is so predictable it's untrue, think we need better.

He looks like he no longer wants to take the ball by a man and hit the by line. Always cutting inside and trying to get the shot away on his right foot.

Tierney was having a lot of joy against their right back, im surprised BR made the change to alter his position.

6/10 performance at best. Depends on what you find acceptable, I guess....

I don’t think that system suits him, he seems scared/unable to take a man on so he relies on the overlapping fullback to create space.
He didn’t have that today so every time he got the ball he ended up just passing it back to Ntcham.

It’s obviously a confidence thing cuz we know he has the ability, let’s hope he gets his mojo back ASAP, cuz we can’t afford passengers in these kinda games.

I hate to criticise him, but he's been a passenger for 12 months. If it doesn't start happening soon for him, then I suspect his time is done here.

I don't think he was as bad as all that, but there were 2 or 3 times he cut in and * it, whereas not too long ago he'd have had a dig. We were seriously lacking someone being able to make a bit of space and have a shot last night.

I can read his game inside out watching him. He is a defenders dream just now. So predictable its sickening. He needs a right good rocket up his *.

He lacks creativity and never actually tries to beat a man. When he first came he was exciting to watch but sadly he doesn't even look like the same player.

Still have faith in him. Didn't do nearly as bad last night as made out, went on a great run into the box near the end and I thought they were about to hack him down for a pen, but good tackle knocked it out for a corner.

It shows how badly his level has dropped that when I seen this bumped on deadline day down south, I was hoping a bid had come in.

He wasn’t terrible last night, but has become so predictable. He’s so quick that he can get to the by line at will, but seems reluctant to do so. Against ten men last night, he should have been a difference maker.

    One-trick pony.

Predictable, readable and totally * flappable.

Thought he was a revelation in his first season, would honestly rather Jonny Hayes plays ahead of him now.
