Some of the defending and passing tonight was poor. Looked good going forward at times particularly before the score line got out of hand. Thankfully that's the last glamour tie of the group.

Beat Anderlecht, see who we get in the Europa and take it from there.

Onto Motherwell this Sunday, a nice piece of silverware will sooth those wounds just nicely.

We didn't have those high calibre of players tonight did we? If u play that way against the elite teams who spend all this money u will be murdered as has been proven I don't like seeing my team getting beat that hard when we should have parked the bus

Europa League is our level. But I rather we play in the CL, get the 30+ million and finish third. That has always been our goal. Even if we get humiliated then so be it. We came here for the experience and the money, we come away with both and in the long run we will be able to improve. Next we try our luck in the Europa League in the new year. I didnae even bother watching the second half of Celtic game, I switched over to the Bayern game as that game was more meaningful for us. Anderlecht were decent against Bayern, but then again so were we. Don't expect much against Anderlecht at home, but dont think they will put 3 past us.
We will certainly be unseeded in the Europa now. Think 6pts will be lowest points total to have any chance of being seeded, but with that -13 GD, no chance now.

But on the bright side, looking at the likely teams in the Europa, dont think there is anyone we should fear.

I think Brendan just needs to admit that his tactics aren't working in Europe against the bigger teams.

The possession game isn't working, it allows all the opposition players to get back in position and anticipate passes, our players are closed down far too easily. Then there's the slack passes which seem to plague our game in Europe. This tactic is simply not * working.

Sitting far to deep. Every time we end up sitting back we end up conceding goals, we need to * press the opposition, not sit back and allow them to stroll mid way into our half without so much as a tackle.

    They'll win the CL.

I would like them to draw one of the English teams next round.

12-1 over two games, or 2-1 over the two games, it's still the same result either way, 6 points to them.

So * if we've lost a ridiculous amount of goals to them ffs - our entire backline tonight cost not even £5m.

There entire frontline is the best part of £400m.

Pumped, aye. But * being a psg fan, absolutely no passion shown when their team score a goal. It's like they are clapping a great performance at the ballet.

Budget says everything! Can moan we could have done better but they are a different league. As for sitting back I'm proud we tried to attack, that's the Celtic way. We played well at the start but that's what a different level of quality will bring you. People in Scotland will slate this result but go look where the rest of them are at!

We knew we would get beat tonight keeping the score down would have been good. The last few times in the CL have seen us take some big hits and you would hope to learn from them so maybe we will but we might need a bit more investment in the back line to get there
