    If we don't make the group stage we will fall further behind.

    Brendan is building something long term. The only way we will stop these hammerings is to keep qualifying and buying better quality players.

    On the whole they probably were more effective defensively but miles less effective offensively. Also let's not forget Strachans team was beaten 5-0 by Artmedia and Lennon's 6-1 by Barca.

    Brendan will be aware of our defensive fragilities and doing his best to correct them. Rome wasn't built in a day, we're only 18 months on from the insipid displays under Delia. I don't think we're a million miles away tbh, a few good acquisitions (RB, CB and GK) and I think we'd be a solid European team.

    Yep. You can get away with it if you have elite players but how the * can we expect to go toe to toe against a team with Mbappe, Cavani and Neymar in attack and not expect to concede loads of goals?

    Whats frustrating and painful is that even Anderlecht didnt allow them to score as many goals against them, Ive had to turn it off at 80 minutes, too painful

    Plain and simple this has been a disgrace tonight. Rodgers needs to look at his tactics against the better teams. It is simply not good enough. Too many of our fans nowadays don't care about this type of defeat. Everything will be alright cause we will win the treble again. That's fine and dandy within Scotland.

    This has been a 12-1 aggregate score so far against PSG, never have I seen a Celtic side get spanked so easilly. Actually quite depressing watching, but perhaps we can get a wee run going in the Europa league.
