I used loan petit in my weekend league games yesterday and he was brilliant. He was like a much more physical Naingolan and scored 11 in 20 for me.

I now have to play the rest of my games hoping fernandinho will fill the gap left by him

 

I really struggle to manage to play all the squad battle games. Missed Mondays and Tuesdays games and missed a round of games today.

Came up 2000 short for elite 3. If I managed to play all the games I am confident I could get elite 2 and possibly elite 1 if I didn’t slip up on any games.

 

The last patch has * fancy passes up. Backheels used to be great but now they go nowhere...I’m all for stopping that random pass cutting through our defence passes but it’s * a genuine part of the game.

Through balls also gone to *, have a player making a run and every other through ball is being just tapped and left for the player behind the runner

90% of my goals this weekend league have just been me running through a defence with a pacy player. Last week I was passing it around and breaking down defences

 

Feel so out of my depth, even when i win i feel like I've bluffed it ha need to get used to it.

 

Managed to win 18 games in WL. Felt like such an effort, first weekend in ages and the last in ages I’ll get to play anywhere near 40 games. That whole set up is a joke, you have to have no life and dedicate your weekend to FIFA.

On 19 wins with 4 games left in the weekend league. If I get 20 wins and miss out on gold 2 by 1 for the third time I swear to *

 

Got elite 1 on squad battles, only missed 4 games, played all on legendary and lost 4 but the losses where absolute bollocks dominated virtually every game. Anyway got the 39k and two mega packs, best player from the mega packs...

* sake just thought I would play a game before bed. Was winning 3-0 just coming up for half time completely dominating and then I have a * power cut

Think I am going to stop playing squad battles. So time consuming and I haven’t got anyone decent yet. Haven’t got a single player that sells for over a thousand coins which is absolutely shocking. Best player this week was some 81 rated right back from Villarreal that doesn’t even seem to sell for 850 buy now.

The squad builder challenge packs have been good for me though. I have got Matuidi, Van Dijk, Vardy and scream Sturridge in that packs. Also done the one where it guarantees you a scream player got Scream Ozil and then scream Bartra the second time. They are untradeable but at least you know you have a good chance of getting a decent player.

 

Just lost a squad battles game because my goalkeeper crossed the line of his box by an inch whilst making a save. Of course he gave the ball straight to a AI striker and not the one of the 4 defenders that were right beside him.

 

Can you not play practice matches in the arena anymore?

So geared toward UT now it's unreal, even still the physics are * they've taken such a huge step back now that it's like the old games where you can just run through teams no point in passing anymore.

Like I'm sure it was maybe 08 all you needed to do was hoof a lobbed through ball by the GK and let your pacey striker do the rest, it's that bad.

Have Dembele and Antonio as my starter squad strikers and they are an unreal pairing, especially Moussa, duno how hes just a goal machine.

 

Anyone tried Lacazette?

 

Had him on loan. Really good, don't know if it makes sense but he's what I'd call a powerful player. He's not just pace or strength but a good mix of them both. A level below aguero but only just.

 

Just packed naingolan out of a 2 player pack I got from completing an objective. Nice 215k boost from * all.
