Probably, but I could eat it on its own easily.

Good mashed tatties and Haggis is one of my favourite meals.

I'm shocked that you couldn't possibly like sheep's heart, liver and lungs, and stomach, onion, oatmeal, suet, spices all mashed together, Prof.

Is haggis similar to black pudding?
If so, I'll be all over that Tuesday myself.

Where is the best place to get it or is it all more or less the same?

    I'd say its similar.

But can often be a bit spicier. I like a spicy wee haggis x

On its own it’s nothing special, I’d eat it with totties but it’s all the 1 texture.

Haggis pakora or haggis fritters are lovely though, particularly with a dip. It works well battered basically.

Haggis pakora is *' deadly actually.

I'd recommend that over the battered stuff out a chippy for anyone wanting to try it.

Haggis is unbelievable. Tastes great out of a chipper, but I prefer it as it is with mashed potatoes.

Love it,can't get it here normally but aldi do it once a year round about burns night. I usually buy two, have one with spuds and neeps and slice the other for breakfast fry ups. Most people screw their face up in disgust at the thought of it,but haven't a clue what's in it or what it tastes like.
