    So our business this summer would potentially have been.

    19 y/o ST on a loan deal.
    20 y/o RW on a loan deal.
    21 y/o CM permanent £4Mill deal.
    20 y/o CB permanent £750k

    Oh

    And 30 y/o Johnny Hayes for £1Mill.

    Not exactly the required European experience us fans were looking for, not exactly splashing much cash (Paddy loan fee included) and not exactly all that inspiring.

    Striker and defender in, happy days.
    If Coetzee had came, then no defender would be signed, but surely that deal had collapsed long enough to have given us time to move to another target.
    Would rather a more ready player, but due to the Coetzee deal not happening surely the club will push on to find another defender at least.

    Give it to 4pm and if no movement on anything then its just Edouard for us today lads as i have previously said, what ye think about departures today, Sviatchenko still being linked with a move away, surely wouldnt let him go if we dont get anyone else!

    Deadline days were cool before everyone got sky'd oot their nut. Just a day for people to pump money into sky bet. Sky gee the money to the EPL who share large fees for average players so.they can all do it again in 6 months.

    I'd sell Armstrong if we got an offer but not for £6million would be minimum £10million even championship teams are paying more than that for players and he'll be a solid prem midfielder.
