  4. Wow, I'm shocked. I hadn't heard anything about this potential move, not even a whisper of it on this forum; it's really come out of left field.












    To be honest I'm really happy about this. He was superb last season, and clearly loves being here.

  5. Yeah I know its going to all kick off next season, but I do believe this maybe his last year here.

    But when you think about it, he's basically been here 3 years, we don't get that off many players we sign.

    We look so much stronger in attack with him here.
    Sorry if it's already been mentioned before but does anyone know the terms of the loan?
    Fee, length of loan, percentage of wages, etc.?

    To have a player of his quality for 2.5 years for basically nothing is some deal.

    Forrest has been great for the last twelve months, but I think that is mostly down to the competition for places. With Paddy back, he'll be even more motivated and we can rotate him or spring him off the bench.

    Imagine playing vs Sinclair, Dembele, Roberts and then seeing with 20-30 mins to go Hayes, Griffiths, Forrest coming off the bench. It'd shatter you mentally.

  12. Roberts is the difference for us in games like Saturday. Wouldn't surprise me if Celtic go on another 20+ winning run domestically

  16. Just the quality we need to take us up a notch. Delighted to see him back again. How much longer is his contract with City? Just wondering if there's any chance in * we can eventually sign him, if he's keen.

  19. Summer 2020 I believe. Doubt we could sign him, this window would've been the ideal time as I feel his price will rise too high for us but who knows...
