    He's never leaving atm but bidding starts at 50m - double the player of luke shaw/danny rose and all the other * english left backs , he's found can play anywhere in defence and is simply a better player, I genuinely believe he is the best british full back atm

    Can't see him being in a rush to join Stoke and at the rumored £20M i wouldn't be doing business anyway. The way prices are in England he's worth double that easy and if they don't like it then tough. The EPL has brought about these ridiculous transfer fees so they can cough up, they've had enough bargains off us over the years.

    I honestly think it would take a Man Utd or Liverpool to even make him consider a move down there. He knows he's a future captain here and will probably have a job for life after his football career is over, as a coach probably.

    No chance he would leave for a mediocre mid/lower table side.
