    I don't think this is being petty. It's actually a very good idea. Wrong would be relying in a guy you know will be leaving no matter what in a few months and not developing a player you know you can count. But then Roberts became too good to ignore.

    some people will read any old * from any source and start losing their * over it.

    It's why I hate transfer windows.

    Until Celtic FC confirms it I disbelieve every bit of * anyone comes out with.

    Honestly the amount people go out of their way on here just to avoid giving Forrest some praise is amazing. Even when he was on top form Rodgers only played him cos Roberts was on loan :56:

    If Rogic can stay fit I think he could achieve that. Didn't he score 9 or 10 last season? And that's him having spells injured and regularly only lasting 60 mins of games when he is fit.

    Think Ntcham looks like he is capable of scoring and assisting a lot. Sinclair, Dembele and Griffiths will get a lot of goals as usual. If we got Roberts back if Armstrong were to go we would get a minimum of 10 goals a season from him. Doesn't have to be a centre midfielder that scores our goals, they have to come from all over the park.

    Plus Armstrong may never score that many goals that he did last season again. He could easily get 10 a season but I reckon 17 would be difficult to match or better again.
