    I'd say Kouassi definitely isn't that kind of player but Ntcham 100% could be, Benyu was described as a B2B CM too. Of course I'd love Armstrong to stay but if he moves on I won't greet about it, we have lost better and will lose better in the future once again.

    Just want it sorted as soon as possible tbh, either way.

    We could've lost 40 goals out of our team last season If Griffiths alone had left yet he couldn't get a regular start this season because of dembele and no one was complaining,

    Rather we stick with what we have than be chancing anything and relying on our signings coming off. More so we should be looking to improve not just return us to the point we are currently at.
    Too often are we in a position of strength and just * it away but have a nice bank balance.

    We're not getting 10 million either. what we will actually get won't be worth it.

    Nobody knows for certain yet what we are getting if he goes. I don't think £10m either but who knows, really.

    I don't really want to lose him either but we won't be offering him anywhere near £40k which most English clubs would so it is up to him to decide what he wants from his career at this stage.

    Club can only do so much.

    The loss of Armstrong in comparison to Roberts is small imo and won't be noticed anywhere near as much. You can tell we have a huge gaping hole in our right wing position now Paddy has gone with Forrest and Hayes not able to hold a candle to him.

    But with Armstrong gone and players like Ntcham, Benyu and Eboue ready to step in, we'll be fine and I guarantee his loss won't hold us back too much if at all.

    Now if we were able to use the money we get from him and put it towards getting Paddy Roberts well then let's just get this deal done just now as that's a no brainer.

    personally I think he'll go after the qualifiers, praying I'm wrong though. After all this, if he does end up signing it really will be like such a relief.

    If he does sign and carries on from last season we have a £20m midfielder on our hands I believe.

    Only because Paddy was on loan though and Forrest had just committed to being a Celtic player for another 3 seasons. Nothing to do with ability between the two which is night and day.

    Armstrong is a much more important player than roberts, armstrong was absolutely pivotal in us getting an unbeaten treble, roberts is a very talented footballer however we would have been playing at a very similar level with forrest. Armstrong will be missed more
