    Would be all over this. Needs a career resurrection and we are the perfect place for it with the perfect manager for him. He was 20 years old player for Rodgers in the premier league and performed really well at Swansea.

    He also captained Cardiff in a full premier league season when he was 22/23. Scored 5 league goals as well.

    I think he's a very good defender when fit. Strong, class in the air and has experience even at a relatively young age still.

    However. His off the field problems are a worry and his lack of football too, I don't know if he could go right into the side and be trusted.

    Rodgers knows him though and if anyone can drag him out of the hole he is currently in then it is him. On a free, if true? I'd take him for sure. Worth the risk.

    Caulker was absolutely brilliant for Swansea in their first EPL season under Brendan and is still only 25. I could see a Sinclair like career resurrection and I think Caulker knows it would be good for him too, in every way.

    @The Thumb @doctor venglos Winger is the priority for sure (#PrayforPaddy).

    I have enough confidence in Gordon, and even in De Vries as a back up despite his struggles last season. I think more towards January when we know De Vries will be almost near the end of his contract, should we start to look at getting in another keeper.

    I have a gut feeling that Rodgers really rates Hazard, so won't be surprised if we see him on the bench this season.

    I like Gordon, but he is getting on, and that Scotland game worried me.
    Still, I don't rate De Vries. I can still see that ball swerving by him at ICT.

    Lennon had massive battle with depression when he played with us and still does.

    If this rumour is true and he is available what an addition to the squad he would be.

    Would love this to happen, he has a point to prove and still young enough to get his career back on track.

    Yes I like to promote promising youth, I'm not that keen on loaning them out all the time.
    Does De Vries wear contacts, as I think he has a problem with his eyes ?
