Aye never knew that until I googled him there.

I'd take him here on a free no bother.

Guy saying he heard Roberts going on tour with First team and if anything is to happen probably be most likely after when he gets back later in the window.

He was supposed to be in contention for a Scotland call up and I was all for that as we're dreadful at the back..

    Celtic though? Nah..

Caulker on a free, absolute no brainer.

A centre half version of Sinclair, Rodgers will get the best out of a guy that at 20 was an England centre half and tipped as the next big thing in defence.

Agree, for me he can't defend and is painfully slow, been found out at club after club for years now too. I'd steer well clear of him.

Positionally very poor. Slow on the turn and not good on the ball..

Can't see this being a goer but could be wrong..

    Majstorovic wi a tan :fear:

Think the last time I seen him was for Southampton against Liverpool and he got the pish ripped right out him, they got pumped about 6-0 and he caused a good 3 or 4 of them.

Got the pish ripped out of him that bad that they then go and sign him a few months later.

    Sounds legit.

To be fair when he went to Liverpool they used him as a striker im sure which was bizarre.

On a free I'd take him but I'm unsure about him being the man I want to come in and partner Jozo.

Would like to see us spend a bit of money on that area.

I'd give him a years deal and see how he goes. Has his own battles at the moment off the field.

Was class a few years back, picked to be the next best thing but lost his way.(Could say the same for Boyata or Sinclair).
Rodgers knows all about Caulker, I'd definitely offer him a trial or take a look at him. Doubt there's anything in it though.

Edit : Maybe we would be right for him, he'll have a manager and fans who will love him and give him everything they can to get back to his best.

    * know's but I don't think he's an upgrade on Boyata whatsoever and I've been wanting someone in for the Champion's league who is better..

I wouldn't feel confident with Caulker going in to the last qualifiers..

You must be watching a different player to me. I think hes quite good tackling and positioning wise whilst being excellent in the air. Got decent pace to. Would walk it up here and become a huge player for us.

Didn't know he was suffering with mental health either. Haven't seen it mentioned anywhere but here..

He definitely isn't quick, he's one of those heavy footed players who is slow off the mark. I've seen him get the runaround lots of times, have never rated him even going back to him playing for England youth teams think it might have been an U21 tournament a good 4 or 5 years ago. Boyata is better than him.

We were linked to him last summer as well im sure, hopefully only as Rodgers managed him before.

They signed him as a backup centre half and brought him on up front possibly twice maximum chasing a goal as he's a goal threat.
