Whole thing stinks of Joe Ledley to be honest, would not be at all surprised if he left.

Was wondering why GMS was so confident about being part of the team this season.

Rodgers probably making him promises if he gets Armstrong tae sign

Sounds like the board being their usual stingy * selves and trying to shift the blame/pressure onto Armstrong.

The same stingy * that are spending £4.5m on a 21 year old? And spent £3m on a 19 year old in January?

Yeah, we have the money to easily afford those transfers. Doesn't mean they're not being stingy over Armstrong's new deal.

Sounds as if his agent went in high and Celtic countered with a bit more than he was getting. His agent will be aware of interest in him if he isn't putting Armstrong's name about with mid table EPL clubs looking to use that as leverage in negotiations.

We know nothing of any deal let's be honest.

The entire vibe is the manager and club are relaxed and Armstrong is happy, he'll sign when the time is right.

Firstly, little difference. Secondly, again, you or I don't know if he's happy with the terms or not. Maybe he wants a longer contract or any number of other variables.

No one knows, is my point.
