Would fit in with Rodgers comments that good money would be spent. See it being 5m , with add ons taking it to 7.

Nothing wrong with including add ons in the reported fee, especially considering that it's likely we'll pay them and they won't have to. I just hope they don't think they can announce a record fee and think that's us satisfied. I like Hayes and Forrest but we can't have them as first choice in the Champions League, and with these links to Roberts and Musonda, i think we're waiting it out to see which is available near the end of the window. Boyata's place needs filled as well, and going by Brendan's comments i could see someone coming in soon.

Well the rumour is of it being the £4m that was mentioned with add ons depending on CL qualification.

However, no * really knows, lets be honest. As long as he does the biz, who cares.

When the signing is announced we will know if we have broken our transfer record.

If he comes in does the business and impresses in Europe he's going to be worth 20+ and not one person will.care about the fee we paid!

If he fails.everyones going to be raging.

I'd say £5mil seems about a fair price french under 21, 2 seasons in serie A and obviously has something if he's at man city.

Us potentially breaking our transfer record, shortly after Sevco being papped out of EL by part timers. A fantastic PR opportunity..:34:

Fees should be reported as such not the full players package and agents fees which the monkeys have been doing through level 5, I don't think this will be anywhere near £7 million upfront it could rise through addons though.

[City fan] I reckon he will be a great signing for you lot.

Watched him regularly for the youth team and always thought he was at a very similar level to Denayer, who did well at Celtic.

Whatever the actual fee is I reckon, in time, you could be saying he's a bargain.

Apparently his issue is attitude more than anything. But Rodgers is a good manager for young players so should be alright

Wish there were some longer highlight vids kicking about in regards to him.

Spending at least £4m on him and can't get a proper look at the big fella.

Good thing for us in term's of bringing him in for qualifiers. Our opposition after Linfield probably won't know a thing about him really..

Our track record of buying/loaning players from Man City is very decent..

Samaras, Guidetti, Boyata, Denayer & Roberts

All of those players have done really well for us, hopefully big Ntcham follows suit. I'm sure he will.

'Ntcham, once dubbed the next Paul Pogba, was a significant factor in City not making a move for the out-of-contract Manchester United star in 2012.

Then transfer chief, Brian Marwood, famously confirmed City weren’t interested in Pogba when he left United in 2012 because of Ntcham’s potential. It may not have worked out as planned at City, but Ntcham has been impressive at times during his stint in Italy.

His loan spell didn’t originally go to plan and was arrested by Police in Genoa for driving without a licence in January. Following the publicity of Ntcham’s actions, Genoa were expected to allow him to return to City and ensure their problem, was now City’s.'

Has anyone got a number for that Croftwood crowd that got big Moussa through his test back in Oct?
