Hopefully he can be a big player for us,dont see anymore midfielders coming in tbh,I think we still need to replace Paddy though, unless Brendan thinks he can develop one of our younger players to become a first team player ie Johnstone or Miller.

Haha yeah, but it wouldn't happen anyway because we'd never receive enough investment to get anywhere near a CL final.

It really does beg the question where does a lot of the money go that we seem to make? I know there's a few seasons recently where we've had a small loss, but we normally make up for that (and more) by selling players...

Looks more of a cdm than an attacking midfielder which could signal the end for bitton.
Looks like a player and lots of potential.

Tierney, one of europes best young left back.
Ajer tipped as a wonderkid in midfield (now cb)
Demebele, one of France hot youth talents.
Roberts last year (and hopefully again) an england future star.
And now nchtim, another highly rated youth. Some amount of talent we are gathering up and you know fine well a couple are what they are rated and worth millions.

Apparently his lack of vowels is lowering the fee.

"He's been predominantly used in a rough false nine role within Genoa’s three-man forward line, though occasionally used to good effect on the left wing. At home to Milan on Sunday, meanwhile, he came off the bench to occupy a central midfield berth. Ntcham seems to enjoy the creative licence of a more offensive role but, when tasked with a deeper one, shows the requisite restraint."

Can see why that Italian page said he has yet to find his true position...flexibility is a handy thing to have though. To me, he looks like a box to box CM. That is probably where you will get the most out of his stand out attributes. Strength, power, pace, good tackling and an eye for goal.

End product is poor, suppose if he was the finished article he would cost £40 million

    At 21? He wasn't.

    Neither was Ronaldo.

Was watching his youtube back again earlier and you can see that he should've had a fair few assists in Serie A but for some woeful finishing by his teammates when laid through on a plate. Anyone know how many assists he got in those 2 season's?

Some of his range of passing and weight on it is first class, with both feet as well..

He's known for a powerful shot? No doubt we'll be seeing some worldies, despite him not having a big scoring record.... yet..

I really like the look of him. Brendan will have him in and he'll soon have to be up to speed with our tempo and hard work so can only see him improving at that age..

I know Celtic cannot afford the finished article but for a so called number 10 I think his end product leaves alot to be desired. If I was Tom Rogic I wouldn't be too worried just now. With Brendan I'm sure he will improve alot but I'm not sure he is going to make a difference in the champions league. Hope I'm wrong though.

It feels like a good bit of business, attracting such a highly rated player..

I'm sure BR will get him up to speed quickly..
