Trivial Things That Annoy You Thread

  1. Mainly used by the English, who don't really pronounce the h. Agree on its annoyance.

  4. I was taught to use 'an' when the first letter of the subsequent word is either a vowel or sounds like one.

    E.g. 'Give me an hour' not 'Give me a hour'.
     
  5. What about when you call somecunt an * do you say "yan *" or "ya *"
     
  6. I don't pronounce my h when talking cockney and giving my pal's an istory lesson on Sel ick Arry..
     
  7. My Mum says yan and so do I few folk I know.

    I think I say yarsehole as a one-er.

  12. The standard of tomatos, I like peices and turkey or chicken with tomato to dip into tomato soup but tomatos are a disgrace nowadays, where do you get decent softer juicy ones things I seem to get are like * apples

    Tried to buy a ticket for Ayreon for September but they are sold out. Price was 49 euros.
    Touts are selling them online for 300 * euros.
