Only 24. Since Rodgers has came in, he has realised the real professional attitude at the greatest clubs in the world.

BR on @StuArmstrong16: He's at a real high level at the minute with an inbuilt brain for the goal. All round brilliant again for us.

So true, he's been a revelation this season. I know everyone said he was out of position last season but I honestly didn't expect him to improve this much when played more centrally. His striker's instinct for the first goal was excellent. Plus he really does like to move forward with pace. Brendan really knows how to get the best out of players, it's a really special gift.

amazing what BR has done with some players this season.

  7. He's just surpassing everything at the minute..

To get the ball from a freekick when he could only hit it on his weak foot, shows the confidence he has..

Mon Stu. Don't speak though son, just play..

Armstrong is developing well and growing in confidence. Confidence begets Confidence, especially in a football player at the top level.

Some say it was primarily Toure that cost us European football beyond New Year, I would also venture to suggest that perhaps if we had displaced Biton sooner with Armstrong, it might have made a marked difference to our eventual points total in our group.

    'Some say' = you.

Don't hide behind other people with nonsense opinions. Be man enough to take the inevitable flak for talking *.

  15. Actually it was Mystic Penguin that first aired that opinion on Toure, and on reflection I tended to agree with him.
Others have floated the Toure incidents on other Celtic forums as being pivotal in us failing to reach the Europa.
You never have a good word to say about me :giggle1:
And that has been nine years now on this forum.
    * knows what is wrong with you :97:

Showing the type of form that made us buy him originally, I said as well as others did he was wasted out wide on either side, this guy has some engine on him its complete madness not to have him in the middle of the park.

  18. Left winger though..
