That's good. More space for Sinclair and Forrest to run amok :icon_mrgreen:

This game will be a lot tougher, not looking forward to it. Hate playing at Hampden.

Will Warburton still be in charge for this or will he have joined Sally in the garden? :56:

How would I go about getting tickets for this? Never bought for Hampden before.

I think it will be tighter as well, not expecting the same sort of result. Cup games and all that..

    Still expecting to win, though.

The sheep and Morton will have given the pitch a good battering on the Saturday too

we have somewhat of a curse at hampden....that being said i see us being too strong again and on that big pitch with pace to kill them.

they are really over confident by this one strangely enough after being pumped 5-1.

the headache here is Moussa or Leigh? or do we fit both in.... de vries or gordon?

we also play monchengladbach midweek before it where i think we should not play a full 11 in that game.

You want to field a weakened team in the CL to save players for the huns??

    They are incredibly confident.

    You couldn't make it up.

I'll say 2-0, it will be a much tighter game. Take away the massive rivalry and we are really playing any other mid table SPL side, and as such I'd expect them to sit back and play lock down defence, while trying to take advantage of our less than stellar goalkeeping. Rodgers knows it won't be another walloping, so preperation will be key. No doubt we should win comfortably but with it being at Hampden, you never know what can happen. All about how the players perform on the day, but with guys like Kolo, Griff and Sinclair up for it we should be good to go.

They were before we pumped them at CP too. If they are going off their penalty shots win last year then they were playing one of the worst, most demotivated teams under a fairly pish manager I've seen in the hoops in about 10 years and they could only hold us to a 2-2 draw over 120 minutes of football. Since then we've improved ten fold with a manager who knows how to change a game, they haven't improved at all and their players will be wary of another pumping. I hope they go in to it over confident because it will hurt more when we put 4 or 5 past them again. Not that that will stop them getting over confident for the game at Ibrox :smiley-laughing002:

I was in getting a haircut earlier and there was a zombie in the chair beside me, the stuff he was spouting was * hilarious. He was telling the guy cutting his hair that they are playing some good stuff just now and that we won't be top of the league for long :56:

I was tempted to say something but I just sat there with a smirk on my face the whole time.

I hope the curse of Hampden doesn't attach itself to Brendan Rodgers as it had with Neil Lennon and Ronny Delia.

They are like F'k'n goldfish ...thick and orange !

They seem to only have a memory that goes one game back!
They beat a lower division club well at home so that's how good they will be in every game now! Aye !

I hope Aberdeen grow some nuts and give them a proper going over at the weekend. Then they can remember that result for a bit.

The only difference in the cup semi will be the venue...

Sevco will have the same * team with or without JB

We will have a team that is improving and gelling better each game.

Yes defence and keeper need stabilised but if our only other issue is who gets the upfront places - then it's a good one! Especially with league , cup and CL games all in close succession.

A win is a win. But I'd be looking for 3 clear goals and preferably a clean sheet if improvement is to be shown.
