    Surprise surprise he was investigated by the fbi from 2013 , it's not by coincidence it's by design that these tragic events happen. Being aware of the threat and not dealing with it initially always leads to tradegy like Boston , New York and now Florida. These people are known to the authorities well in advance , yet they aren't dealt with initially and are given the time required to commit atrocity.
