    I have grasped it Geraldine...

    I don't think her comments are anti-Semitic(a phrase branded about too much)her comments are stupid tho... Comparing what Isreal do to what the Nazis did Jews is stupid and was made to cause maximum offence..

    Her career is over now, so yes stupid... If she really believed that she should have stuck to her guns and I would have had more sympathy for her!

    Can you grasp that Geraldine?

    Tbf I've not seen the original post... Only what's been reported..

    What inference do you think she was trying to draw by using it? And if she didn't think her comments were stupid why withdraw them..

    Her comments look even more foolish because she hasn't stood her ground and has withdrew them an apologised..

    So.. Stupid.. One way or another and lacking credibility and integrity..

    He was the head of the government and as such, set the rules.

    One of the countries that defeated Hitler had a head who was complicit in the murdering of 20 million of his own people.
    Nothing was done about that.

    Personally I don't think she has made an overtly anti Semitic comment. However her idea to move the people of Israel to America is in no way shape or form a stupid comment to make is it... to also then use a quote about hitler ... that's a real case of stupid.

    To compare Isreal with * Germany is deliberately provocative and is disrespectful to those who lost their lives..

    This ^^^^ is basically what Hitler done to the Jews in early years of his reign in the conquered areas , it was only when the war looked lost that the final solution was implemented.

    If the * hit the fan, would Isreal have a final solution ????

    To get back to the point her comments were stupid.. As she didn't have the courage to stick by them and if she didn't actually mean what she said.. They were sensationalist and inflammatory..

    Typical of most politicians..
