Wouldnt be surprised to see him out in 2 years to be honest.
He will be in a cosy cell block, looked after and pay for extra privileges.

No one is gonna * * him or give him a beating - unfortunately

Exact same sentence as the 52 yr old guy who sexually assaulted 5 kids in Airdrie.
The kids were a 5 yr old, 2 6yr lds, a 7 yr old and an 8 yr old.
I was on the jury and the creepy * tried to intimidate the kids who testified against him.
Should have got 6 yrs for each assault.

 

He best keep his money safe as he will surely have to pay compensation to the girl he groomed when she seeks it.

 

You want him beaten up or anally raped because he messed about with a girl who was 15? Seriously?

Also she is not a "child" and a paedophile is someone with a sexual preference to children, like 13 or younger. She is a teenager so if he like teen girls he is a Ephebophile, two different things.

I'm not saying I condone anything he has done. But both knew full well what they were doing, he did groom this girl, she loved the attention until the police got involved then he wanted nothing to do with her so she got her own back (that is basically what she said btw)

 

What a fantastic justice system we have, the * will get out and be able to change his name, start a new life etc. All rolls down from paedo rings in the government and royal family.

If your talking about the 52 yr old he got out on grounds of ill health and i heard that he had died of a heart attack.
He had one when he was on the stand in the trial.

 

Hey, guys in prison no doubt get it done bad, for a lot less than that.


I'm in the camp that it's borderline. And if this took place in Germany, he'd get away with it. But it didn't, it happened here, he knows the law and he knew what he was doing.

Will he get either of the two? Probably not.
Do I WANT him to have either done to him, not that fussed to be honest. But I certainly won't lose any sleep or feel any sympathy for him if either does. Prison life for you.

 

Harsh sentence, you get less for rape. Also there's was that woman who was sleeping with her 15 year old student and got a suspended sentence, interesting double standard there.

 

Should have got more the * beast grooming a kid and a fan the way he did was awfull

 

The thing that amazes me is if that girl was like 10months later then it would have been absolutely fine there is no way in the world u can tell me in 10 months a kid turns into an *

 

A few, aye. They actually said that they felt much fitter both physically and mentally after their release than they did going in.

They also played a lot of X-Box.

Very harsh sentence. There is just no consistency in the justice system.

 

Don't want to seem like I'm defending the * but that is a steep sentence. He'll probably serve less than half of it though and I can imagine he'll be well treated on the nonce wing..
