Thought about it overnight and think he'll stir things up in the squad/team. Weve too many "good guys". Not enough "Bertie Aulds" or "Paulo Di Canios" or "Van Hooijdonk". Someone who can change a game and get the crowds roaring and those about him doing the biz. Parkhead used to be a place where others came and were made to feel uneasy, especially in European games. It's not the same now and needs to change. If C K-R and from Sunday's game, Sviat, can put a bit of steel in the team, they'll get my vote.

 

The difference is, of course, that the Bertie Aulds, Paolo Di Canio's and Van Hooijdonk's could actually play a bit.

History suggests this guy isn't going to be someone we look back on fondly as a top player.

Not too happy about this signing, but hope I'm so wrong about this guy. Apart from his effort and work rate he never impressed me one bit at Feyenoord.

 

And Roberts is a young exciting winger who'll run at people and get the crowd of their seats.

As much as CKR seems like a terrible signing, I've got feeling it may turn out okay, he should do more than Ciftci at least..

Depends what you mean by a top player. A Henrik?......No but a solid hard working guy who can make and score goals in the SPFL. Why not.

He's 29. Been round the block. Played in different Countries. So on the one hand is useless and Teams can't wait to get rid of him or on the other hand, might just be someone who can come in, give a bit of backbone to our young Team, be a success in the SPFL and help the young lads develop in Europe.
