That Depeche Mode when we score!!
The best Butchers that i have brought products from and visited is George Gow Butchers in Kingussie in the Highlands.
Whenever i am up there i pile in supplies from this superb Shop, and do mail orders to be delivered down here in my North Wales home.
Their Angus Beef melts in your mouth, their Mutton is Unreal,as is all their meats, their Stornoway Black Pudding is fantastic, all my mates down here whorship the stuff! As for their Game Pies, they too are on another plant!
    * i feel hungrynow, and just * cheese Omlett and beans for tea, with tattie scones.

Remember going in there as a kid. Used to sneak up the back and watch them chop up the carcases. Was amazing as a wee boy

I know what you mean, a good bit of firm Scotch beef is rare nowadays.

We have had this discussion before, I believe.

Yes i vaguely recall some recent chatty banter with yersel regarding the intricacies of the sausage in all it's formats, this type of thread could easily be reduced to filthy innuendos, but we'd never resort to such juvenile behaviour :50:
