Love to know where all this confidence is coming from. Anyone see the first leg?

I would play the same side we put out on Saturday.

Really not confident. We have conceded 12 goals this season in Europe when you count the Champions League qualifiers. Every time any opposition is on the attack we look weak, especially set pieces (its at a stage of emergency).

I know we should be taking this side without any problems but I wouldn't be surprised if Molde comfortably beat us.

Would anybody else fancy seeing ambrose beside Nir if Broony is out?

Yup. Molde will be playing exactly the same way the did in Norway.

Forrest has the pace to trouble them if they come too far forward, Rogic has the subtlety to drop deep and spray the passes around, Commons has the ability to get into clever positions and hurt them from long-range and Griffiths can score from anywhere at the minute.

We were all down after the result in Norway, but we've grown in confidence after dismantling United, digging in to get past Hearts and controlling the match against Aberdeen.

I did think about it, but Johansen played very well in there against Aberdeen. He's got good ability on the ball, he just needs to be more controlled in his positioning and his aggression.

I wouldn't be so gung ho with our full backs though. Have them sitting a wee bit further back so we're not as susceptible to a counter.

The biggest problem for me is his stray passing, playing deeper and giving the ball away so cheaply puts us under a lot of avoidable pressure.

Ambrose shouldn't be near the starting X1 for Thursday, or any other game for that matter.

Definitely, although Lustig generally very good at picking his moments.

And you think Ambrose would give us a better chance of keeping possession?

Potentially if he keeps it simple. What's the word with Broony anyway whats his chances of making it?

Lustig will start, but he needs to stay back if Tierney goes and vice versa.
We know exactly how they play so we need to set up to stop the counter, try playing from deeper to try and pull them out.
Saying that Ole might change it, different manager different tactics and all that.

He should never play for us again, but knowing Ronny he will start because he has 'experience'...of f**kin up in Europe.

Ambrose should go the same way as Old Yeller.

Feeling quietly confident for this one.

We got our * together around this time last season, something is in the ether telling me we are about to do the same this year too.

    3-0 to the Sam Brownes.

    Gordon
    Lustig Boyata Simunovic ....
    Bitton
    Rogic Johansen
    Commons Griffiths Forrest

I can't separate Izzy and Tierney.
