Nothing to say he looked average. Looked like he had good attributes. Tall, strong, decent with the ball, good positional sense and not a slouch. Quite a bit of experience and only 22. The games he did play he didn't pair up with erik or maybe one or two at most. Think there was a lot to come from him. And Rodgers won't have seen him play. Video footage and few training drills. It seems a funny one. He may have wanted to go if so fine sell. I'm sure BR would like all the good players to remain doubt he would be say nah seen enough get rid. Maybe more "he looks OK but if it means selling and then getting my other targets I've wanted in got for it"

I think we are probably concerned about his long injury absence and perhaps think it is safer to cash in now rather than keep paying his wages when he may get another long term injury.

Not too fussed but means we need another CB in, unless O'Connell is his replacement

What's the reported fee? We should be able to at least make our money back.

He signs for Torino, so their defender can move to Napoli, so their defender can move to Chelsea. We should be able to demand a little extra due to that, surely?

    Weird one, this.

Probably someone must've decided that we had another Derk Boerrigter on our hands and thought that the sensible thing to do was to take the money and run.

Fee is supposed to be £3.75M, so I'm hearing, anyway.

He has hardly kicked a ball and has been on the treatment table since the word go pretty much, if he passes the Torino medical and starts being a regular for them then I would say that is bad business. Will be disappointed if he leaves and then we get no one else in.

Not that bothered by Jozo's departure but the fact that it's one less obstacle between Efe and a first team slot is a massive bonus for Celtic. :celt_2:

Not happy about this. He looked decent and Toure won't be around long.

he has done next to nothing since he's been here, thought he looked ok when he did play but never saw him enough to make a proper judgement.

Was hoping he would be back fighting for his place again soon, so a bit disappointed.

read elsewhere that he hasn';t settled in scotland.

Never done much wrong but the guy is made of glass. The zagreb fans told us this before he signed and it turned out to be true. We are doing the right thing I think, getting most or all of the fee we paid back.

    Strange one.

Not too bothered to be honest but I really didn't think Efe would outlast him... Maybe Rodgers is going to use Efe as a CM.

How much is he reportedly going for?

Quite surprised by this. Thought he'd of worked quite well for Brendan, being two footed and willing to play from the back. Thought he looked a decent player from the bit's we saw from him. Scored 1 or 2 and liked a long range shot if I remember right as well..

Can only guess that we've looked and thought this guy is gonna continually be on the treatment table and if we can punt, we've got enough here already..

Personally I'd of let go Efe and Boyata first, easier said than done I know..

Lustig is a certainty to be 3rd choice centre back from now, and switching from right back, and right of a back 3. No question what Brendan is thinking here..

    £3m according to Sky sources.

Surprised by this, was hoping he'd stay at least another season.
