As for Scott Allan, I would definately push the boat out for him, as in my judgement, he has star quality about him.

Dundee Utd, Forfar, West Brom, Portsmouth, MK Dons, Birmingham and Hibs aren't exactly the employers of quality players, especially when he didnt cut it at half the teams.

And an attacking star quality midfielder wouldnt have 2 goals in 43 games for Hibs in the Championship. McGeouch scored more than that I think playing as a defensive midfielder.

I would say Scott Brown is star quality, wouldn't you ?
And Scott Allan would run through brick walls for Hibernian.

When Scott Brown was playing at Hibs he's was playing in an arguably better SPL not the championship

 

Running through bricks walls does not make you star quality, only in Scotland would you hear that as a reason. Jesus.

 

You could say most players have star quality then if all it means is running through brick walls, have you seen Kirk Broadfoot.

There are no scottish players with star quality and hasnt been in decades.

just because he said he wants to go to sevco doesnt mean he is a fan does it ?

it just means he knows they regard themselves as a big club and therefore he would command a decent wage
he probably understands he will be a starter for them also

theres no point in him coming here if our coach doesnt reckon he is good enough

No were near Celtic quality tbh Liam Henderson is better as back up rather then wasting money on another wage

 

Dunno what the * "GO GO" is but and if you think he has anything more in his locker than Johansen then * help us all; to even mention Scott Allan in the same sentence as Johansen is ridiculous.

On another note; why anyone would want this * here when hes been flashing his * at Rangers ever since they showed a bit of interest in him is beyond me. Get him and any link to our club to *.

 

Guy has got bags of quality and was head and shoulders above any other player in that league last year . We should have signed him .

Not one other club as yet have shown interest...he played 1 good year in the championship.

I dont know why so many people are keen for us to sign him. He would be a squad player at best. Who would be dropped for him? In midfield i'd say we have Johansen, GMS, Armstrong, Commons, Forrest, Brown, Biton, Mulgrew, Henderson who would ALL be infront of him if he were to sign. Waste of a wage IMO

 

He definitely does have talent and it is unfair to judge a player purely what league they are in, i think that sort of arrogance is similar to that shown by premier league fans over our players like van dijk

I just dont want to sign him because he is so desperate to sign for them, and with all the media bullshit around it think it could disrupt squad harmony at a bad time, I actually think hibs would be as well taking the money for him though, and using the money to bring 2 or 3 more players in like john mcginn

 

I'd buy him just to * the huns off then send him straight back to hibs on loan.
