Yes that was my point m8. Just being honest however would you not have been a bit * to be overlooked behind Pressley and Caldwell.

I hope Big BOBO is ready for the huns as if he is match fit theyve got no chance.

Listen I've never met Strachan and he * me off, never mind working under him.

My point is that Bobo, no matter his gripe with the manager, earns a fortune at Celtic. He should give 100% in every match because the supporters are paying his wage. He doesn't deserve to be praised for doing what he should do as a matter of duty.

Sure I have no problem with your statement. All I was saying is that he should still be comended for his profesionalism as alot of pros would not have put up with being fourth or fifth choice history has shown this. And also with the transfer window aproaching he would not have been blamed if he thought he was on his way and maybe because of this he may have not been in condition to play.

Good performances will also help him if he's wanting to attract offers.

The Celtic Song so long as Dean Park doesn't sing it.
You misunderstood I don't hate him, all I said was is he is a liability and he's pish. Get him to f**k. :50: I will give credit where credit is due but he burnt his bridges years ago and one game without a major handball incident or * up doth not a defender make. As I said before WGS needs new blood in the defense and Bobo is no saviour and has no place in the squad IMO. I liked Bobo at first but I also enjoyed a programme called "Danger UXB". Anyhoo, time for bed, work tomorrow.

So you are saying that if you played for Celtic earning £28,000 (as a footballer) and you were asked to play football (your job) you would tell them to GTF.

No matter the circumstances that is a ridiculous thing to say. Although most fans thought that he should be given his chance no-one dictates to our club when they do or (more importantly) do not play.

Lets not forget that Bobo Balde has had opportunities to leave the club and get 1st team football elsewhere - he was the one who stayed knowing fine well the situation and that he would probably not get a game.

Fair play to the big man for keeping himself in such a good physical shape that he can step straight back in but please don't applaud or praise him for actually saying to WGS that he agrees to play - there are thousands of folk who would crawl over broken glass to pull on the hoops (never mind earn £28000 pw in the stiffs!!)

The man has been ostrecised in the press even by alot of his own support this in my opinion this WGS fault as he has refused to play the big man when it has been clear for along time the defense was not performing. Also as the transfer window was aproaching you couldnt of blamed him if he had taken his foot of the gas and wasnt ready to play.

As for Bobo leaving the club he would have left in the summer had sunderland ofered him a permanent deal. He was only ofered a loan deal and didnt want to move his family for 6 months. So when exactly did he have a chance to leave. However I am sure their will be offers in the window and I wouldnt be surprised if he accepted one. Even though WGS hasnow stated Bobo is in his plans.

Not being ready to play is completely different to telling the club to GTF as you said. As I said fair play to BB for keeping himself physically right etc so that he could play if called upon.

His chance of 1st team football was the Sunderland deal - sure it was a 6 month loan deal but Sunderland is only a 100 odd miles down the road. Obviously, he is not that desperate to play 1st team football.

I think it is brilliant that he is back but I do agree that he will be off in either January or the summer. I just don't think we have the budget for a £28000 per week centre half with obvious limitations (to a certain extent).

Iam not saying he would have been corect not to have played just if it was me, also their is alot of pros who would not have been prepared to play due to their lack of profesionalism after being out for so long, And with no real prospect of getting a game. Also in all honesty m8 would you have blamed him if he wasnt ready especialy when it looked more than likely he was going to be shown the door in a weeks time. I just think the guy has shown amazing strength in caracter to believe in his own ability and turn in a performance as he did yesterday,After being made a joke figure by the press an from alot of his own support.

Telling the club to GTF would have been alot of pros reaction after the way the big guy has been treated by the press and by alot of the fans.Just making the point that I am amazed he was confident in his ability to produce a performance when no one else gave him much encouragement. That shows great strength, motivation and profesionalism and for that he should be comended.

I understand what you are saying but in your earlier post you said that if you were him you would tell WGS to * off - different thing from not being fit (mentally or physically).

So, would you refuse to play for Celtic?
