  1. I was agaisnt this but it doesn't look like we're interested in any other *. I would have taken either of Dinamo Zagrebs strikeforce this year. Henriquez they got from Man Utd right there and that Soudani * looked class as well, fully fledged international with Algeria. Surely a team like Zagreb aren't as attractive as ourselves.

    We need one in, I agree, but will we really go all out for a guy we can easily nab in January and who won't have played many games by then, either way?

    I agree that we need more than one striker... Ciftci wouldn't be a bad signing imo..

    But I wouldn't want him as first choice.

  14. Considering we only play 1 striker in an ideal world I'd just like to have 2 forwards but both of a good quality.

    Hooper and Vossen for example...wink wink Pete.

    However, it seems we have institutionally had our standards lowered and lowered.

    From thinking we could get Hooper back to getting Vossen or a hot prospect like Jonathas, to now accepting and even being positive about Nadir * Ciftci!

    He'l do a job but he isn't next level.

  19. why do we judge and think players from our top league cant make it in europe even though its been proven they can scott mcdonald for example scored in the spartak home game scored against milan and scored a cracker against man utd

    generally half the players in strachans squad were spl players and never been in europe but they made the step up
