You sure? I was just about to post this:

'Nadir Ciftci, the 23-year-old Turkish striker who has been linked with Celtic, has spoken of his desire to help Dundee United qualify for European football - and be at the club to play in next season's Europa League. (Daily Express, print edition)'

I would like him, would do a job in the SPL for sure and has potential to get better too.

I would unload Stokes and get Ciftci in for next season. He is still a young guy at 24, so he has ten years ahead of him to fully develop as a player, just needs to calm down a wee bit !!!

Better to get Guidetti and Scepovic oot the door first and get big Ciftci in.
Stokes can still be a very useful player for us next season.

Did you see Scepovic today. The match today shows he has the potential to become a quality ST for us.

He is a horrible * who took a bite out of Dundee midfielder, Jim McAlister's in a derby match.

Not good enough to take us up a level . Rather save a couple of million quid and give Scepovic more game time tbh .

We shouldn't be going any where near him imo

The guy has a horrible attitude and is an accident waiting to happen.

Add that to the fact how goalscoring record isn't very good it's a no from me, especially at the prices quoted. He is also not very mobile or that great in the air, two important aspects of playing the lone striker role. I can't for the life of me believe what I'm reading when some folk say he's "fast" on here lol

For the price quoted he's not really an upgrade, so I hope this doesn't happen.

yip you are correct 24 goals in 101 professional games so a goal ever 4.21 games, sounds about right for our scouts in the striking department :31::31::31:

guys a accident waiting to happen tbh how he has got away with the misconduct charges he has this season is beyond me, oh wait he got away with them because he would have been banned every time vs us!

He should already have been banned and not able to be on the park to do this. He elbowed a guy in the head and was caught on video and the SPFL let him off "unproven", he kicked Scott Brown in the head and the SPFL let him off again "unproven" and now hes bit somecunt :56: wouldnt put it past the * to let him away with it again.

If they punished him for the elbow and kick he'd be getting about a 6 month ban for this 3rd shocking offense in about 5 month.
