    it doesn't really, it mentions the use of flares, which has led to yet another fine. How many times do some fans need to be told to stop taking flares into stadiums.

    just seen this- crowd disturbances.. did Celtic SLO mention anything at the time after the fan got hit with a baton, if it was all to do with that wee scuffle between the police and fans then it is a joke.

    Lighting flares doesn't help matters though.

    What was the heavy handed part? Do you really think our boys were just sitting there watching the game, not bothering a soul and the cops decided they were bored and decided to wade in batter a few quiet Scottish guys just for a laugh? Do you think a 2 minute video presents a full picture?
