Should try to be more like they well behaved chaps from south side. Singing their nice "banter" with no punishment. And it's been years since they offended anyone in Europe, and they have no intentions of doing so for many many years.

Match: UEFA Europa League group stage match between FC Steaua București and FC Dynamo Kyiv (0-2), played on 11 December 2014 in Romania.
    FC Steaua București:
Charges: Racist banner – Art. 14 of UEFA Disciplinary Regulations; Setting off of fireworks – Art. 16 (2 c) DR; Use of laser pointer – Art. 16 (2 d) DR

Sanctions:FC Steaua București have been ordered to play their next two (2) UEFA competition matches as host club behind closed doors. The Romanian club have also been fined €20,000 for the use of laser pointers and the setting off of fireworks.

Nothing to do with flares and fireworks, else the charge would state the fact. 2nd time the BBC have misrepresented this story.

UEFA do not condone the singing of George Michael songs or Christmas one for that matter. And especially not the singing of George Michael Chrismas songs!:50:

CELTIC have been fined 10,000 euros by UEFA following the Europa League away tie against Dinamo Zagreb in December.
UEFA’s Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body announced the fine today.

A club spokesperson said: “Clearly everyone is extremely disappointed that the behaviour of only a handful of people and in particular the use of flares, have led to a further fine from UEFA.

“We have repeatedly called for the use of flares to stop. We cannot and will not allow the safety of our supporters or the reputation of our great club to be compromised by the actions of a tiny minority.

“It is time those responsible understand the damage this does to the club they claim to support.”

I wish they would drop the "claim to support" thing. Except for that the statement is fine.
