Some reports say £2.5m, the Herald say £4m and Goal.com states fee as undisclosed.

A lot of deals take into account appearance money and he wasn't here long. So it's really what you want to believe.

Stokes is worth more then 2.5 to us would take 4 mill in a heartbeat though

 

Some posters are beyond belief . Stokesy was the best thing since sliced bread last week , he has a quiet OF game, and all of a sudden people are wanting him flogged to burnley .

He is one of the best players at the club (top 5) , and chips in with plenty of assists and his fair share of goals, as well as taking good set peices. Creates far too much for this current side to sell him .

 

It's also upto Stokes though, doubt very much he would want to leave for Burnley to play in the Championship next season. If he did go then would surely pave the way for another winger plus GMS and Armstrong.

 

Definitely a key player, but as found out everyone has their price, saying that I don't think he wants to move, just rumours really.
