Sooner this guy retires the better....a fletcher free window....canny wait.

 

Can't believe how poor he is now. I remember thinking he was an absolutely solid rock up front with a lethal left foot and a commanding head on him....but watching him for Scotland these days he looks to have seriously declined down South.

 

Nah we don't need him the treatment room is busy enough without another sick note .

 

Plus Marc Antione Fortune , Daryl Murphy and Pavel Brozek....9 dud strikers in about 5-6 years . Embarassing .

Wouldnt mind this one bit, but we'd need to get rid of Ciftci at some point to make room for him. Problem with HITC is they often report on absolutely nothing and speculate to conjure up a decent story.

 

It's a tricky one to judge. He was absolutely mince for the national team and i don't see his form at club level being all that fantastic. Free transfer, dropping down a level to play in Scotland might suit him better and he might get goals in Europe.

You never know, but i just never really watched him play and thought he was anything special. Never really understood the hype around this guy. Height and some power aye, but not very much more.

 

Don't get the comments about Scotland. Granted, he hasn't scored anywhere near enough goals but his hold up play and movement off the ball is excellent. I also don't think Naismith and Anya are on the same level in terms of intelligence.

I think he'll improve massively once Snodgrass is back.

 

He is pish, the fastest he has moved in recent years is when he's driving in his Aventador.

Would have a better chance of scoring if he took off his boots, placed them on the edge of the six yard box and walked off the field.

Then at least the team he's playing for might get a lucky deflection.

 

He scored 37 goals in 125 games for Hibs
23 in 108 for Sunderland
8 goals in 25 games for Scotland - 6 of them against Gibraltar.

It's not prolific goalscoring and Gibraltar would probably lose to most Junior teams.

Hype, hype, always hype.

With that being said if the delivery is right he will score goals here. Problem is consistency.

I'm thinking we're now looking at the huns getting promoted and you would maybe fancy him in an old firm game.

It's an interesting one, we'll see what happens.
