if we get an average group with no big games we'll do well to average 30k. The fans are *. The signings of Mubarak and Scepovic will bring the attendances up a bit though. The board would want to be selling tickets at about £20 after that Legia and Maribor debacle.

The Europa League takes far too much stick; there are some good teams in it. We can blame the media for that – we hear far too often about how it's a diddy competition that no-one wants to be in from our friends down south and obviously the lack of prize money and frequent trips to unfashionable nations doesn't help.

For a club like Celtic though, it's a realistic opportunity to get some results in Europe as there's no reason (with, it has to be said, the right investment) that we can't reach the knockout rounds barring a group of death, but even then a lot of the bigger clubs field weakened squads so results are more than possible. For sides from bigger leagues who're a few notches below the creme-de-la-creme like Spurs, it's a realistic chance to win European silverware and in their case specifically possibly the only chance of any; why, therefore, the * attitude?

I bought the 3 match package last time round and really enjoyed the matches.

IMO the worst thing about the Europa from the fans' perspective is the stupid 5 pm kick offs that restrict the numbers for a whole manner of reasons. A reasonable ticket price would be nice as well to make the competition more accessible as it obviously isn't perceived – rightly or wrongly – as being value for money. Would absolutely love UEFA to set the bar low for UEFA sanctioned matches but I don't think they ever will or even if they can.

Given the likelihood of low attendance and the fact it's the bogey prize, they should make these games a bargain; £15 a ticket for adults, £5 concessions or less.

Selling at less than the league price might entice more people to come (exceeding the money they'd get for selling above £20 as per) and the extra support might propel us further in the competition (hence making us more money) than we'd get playing in front of an empty stadium. There is the potential for a win-win situation in doing this.

I like to think that the board aren't complete morons and will see the potential pricing for these games as an opportunity for a small but much needed gesture of goodwill to the fans, however we just don't know with these *. As long as the prices don't exceed our last EL campaign then I'd say fair enough but I'm expecting and would be quite happy with 20 quid a ticket if I'm honest.

Actually looking forward to seeing who comes out the hat for this one. Not where we want to be but where we deserve to be.

Spurs, Zurich and Bratislava would be a good group imo, bit of a test for us but not impossible to get through and gives the fans a game to look forward to against Spurs. But whatever we get is whatever we get.

We should just get CP packed to the rafters and get that atmosphere back i know its hard when the team are producing dreadful performances but celtic park used to be a place to fear and it still should be !!
