    We call out for a proven striker, and we get nothing. It's completely mind boggling. What is Lawwells * deal? Guys like Hooper don't come along very often, and we can't keep taking chances on guys like Pukki, Balde and Griffiths. Our players fall to bits when the ball gets in the box when all we need is that final touch. They just all sat on the edge just choking the midfield leaving Commons with no room to move, and I don't remember once seeing a break to the byline on the left or an over lapping run. Just hundreds of space with no fannies in it.

    honestly couldn't have cared less if we played the under 12 squad and got beat 50-0 today, give it a week, tops, and nobody will care/ remember today but if we lose on tuesday it will be remembered for the entire season

    I can't be the only one who looked at this team selection and thought ICT would take something from this game?

    They're a good side, solid defensively, capable of passing the ball from the back and good on the counter.

    Whether Deila made the right choice in resting the first team remains to be seen. If it helps us get through to the CL then it is definitely the right thing to do.

    And at the same time Commons missed two sitters, Biton hit the bar and Griffiths missed a sitter, Pukki should have scored. The team selection was experimental and was used to rest players for Tuesday but it was individual mistakes and not taking our chances that * that game for us.

    I don't have any problem with us getting beaten by the better team on the day, particularly when we're being complacent.

    If we get beat we need to learn from it. It's a kick up the hole.
