probably been discussed to death on here but after seeing derk win a dodgy penalty last night which won us the game I don't give a *.were lacking a diver at the moment big derk fits the bill,we should be diving like * especially in Europe were everycunt else is at it..dont like divers but they can be crucial at times.and the amount of times * dived against us amoroso vs juventus and porto to name a few, but there the most painful.were entitled to dive just like anycunt else.if it wasn't for that dive the result could have been different lastnight.lets get in on the act like other big European clubs?probably get slated for this but think of the pain and hurt we have been through in past because of this.

I think last night it was actually a penalty, he just took his time going down and it probably would be considered a dive.

At the end of the day though, there was contact from behind and when a players 1 on 1 with the keeper and sprinting fast that's all you need to bring you down and is definitely a penalty and a sending off.

Agree with what you're saying about needing a diver especially since Sammy's left and he was our penalty winner especially in Europe.

It wasnt a dive ..i have watched the rerun a few times on Celtic tv and it is hard to spot because youre looking for contact at the feet .. Dave Mackay pushes Derk in the back....Even Dave Mackays reaction gives it away as a penalty ,he looks at the ref with a smile that say please dont send me off..he doesnt even have a go at Derk or anything.

Yes there was contact but it was a yard before he decided to fall.

There was contact but credit to him for trying to keep going

Just the momentum brought him down eventually

He went doon like a big lassie, detest divers. Had it been a Sevconian(Admin 2) we'd be ragin. Our friends at UEFA need to act on all divers.

He was pushed at least a second before his legs magically gave way.

There's a difference between diving and tripping over a boa constrictor

It's a modern day penalty, any contact in the box is just naive from the defender..... I'd be annoyed if my players weren't trying to get penalties. Everyone else does it.

Patrick Vieira would of be proud of Derky boy for that dive.

He would say, it's just part of the game as he kept repeating at the World Cup:smiley-laughing002:

    Diving is disgusting.

Video should be used after games and * banned for diving.

    Hate it.

His push, put him off balance, and in the wrong position that he would have been in to smash the ball into the net. Once he realized he'd been * over by said push, he went to ground, in a rather dramatic way.

Alot of people seem to find it difficult to admit our own player has dived

Firstly, I don't think last night was a dive. He didn't go down with the initial contact (which was there, hence the ref got it right), then it looked like he tripped himself. Diving is a blight on football, wouldn't want it at our club. There's a huge sense of injustice when we lose out to a dodgy decision, and I wouldn't want to win that way. I hate it when we get a horrendous decision in our favour (not that it happens very often), I always feel it needs justifying.
