  1. Just taking the *, mate. Honestly, I am beginning to see the funny side of it all. :icon_mrgreen:

  2. :56::56:

  3. Perhaps Peter Lawwell can pull some strings and have you instated in the Petrofac Training Cup at the Huns' expense. :smiley-laughing002:

  4. Good idea! Someone from Legia might try and call him about it, but he's not picking up the phone. :smiley-laughing002:

  6. Got more a chance than you lot :bbpd:

  7. PL should send a letter to UEFA complaining about Legia trying to influence a competition NOT involving them.
Get the * thrown out of the Europa.:icon_mrgreen:

  8. You still did not answer, afraid of Maribor? lolz :56:

  9. well celtic are favourites in the maribor celtic tie to qualify. celtic are 4/11 and maribor are 5/2 . So i would say it is pretty likely , with 11 men , playing back at Celtic park that we will win the tie. If the idea of Celtic playing in the CL this season is such a laugh to you then go down to your local william hillski and stick some money on maribor you will make a fortune son.

  10. will think about it :p

  11. Celtic Football Club Statement

By: Newsroom Staff on 10 Aug, 2014 17:15

IN response to statements made by Legia Warsaw today, a spokesperson for Celtic Football Club said:
“We are disappointed by Legia Warsaw's comments. This is entirely a matter for UEFA and its processes. Accordingly, we will reserve further comment for the appropriate time.”

  13. That's a bit *.

Wanted a more aggressive statement than that.

  14. Best not to * UEFA off until the appeal is heard.

  15. Well unless we improve obviously not. We have two league games before the Maribor away game so that will be of great benefit to us. Also, our manager recognises that he can't play away from home in Europe just now like he did in Warsaw.

We could say that Warsaw was a good friendly match for us and has taught us a few things which should stand his in good stead for the Maribor away game.

Also think that in Warsaw the players were intimidated or at least put off by the atmosphere - that won't be the case in Maribor.

  16. Are you really questioning our Champions League credentials because you beat us twice in preseason? :smiley-laughing002:

When did Legia last qualify for the competition proper?
